One room has a 180 x 200 cm double bed wardrobe and bedside tables.The second room is a living room with a pull-out bed 160x200 cm. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with a sink, fridge, stove and the necessary pans and crockery.

The bathroom has a shower, wash-basin and WC. Towels and bed linen are provided.

It is equipped with air-conditioning, a television set with satellite channels and wireless Internet.

The total floor area of the apartment is 50 m2, accompanied by its 13 m2 balcony.
